Anniversary Trip Day 2 - Yellowstone

Day 2 we spent at Yellowstone.  We were able to see a lot, but not everything.  We are planning to go back next year and take the kids.

The road from Tetons to Old Faithful was closed, so we had to go the east route by Yellowstone Lake.

Yellowstone Lake Inn (or Lodge? can't remember) We ate lunch at a cute little old-fashioned diner here.

Old Faithful - we went the long way around and got here last, just before the visitor center closed.

Anniversary Trip Day 1 - Tetons

To celebrate our 17th anniversary, we dropped the kids off at my sister's house and went on a little trip to the Tetons and Yellowstone.  The first day we went on a scenic flight above the Tetons.  It was fabulous!  Then we spent the rest of the day on some short hikes, including one that we had to turn around because of a bad thunderstorm.  We took hundreds of photos, and it's hard to narrow it down, but here are a few.
